There have been many versions of Gotham without a Batman , and that ’s never changed the city ’s destiny of being one of the most serious place on Earth . But what the Orghams are doing inDetective Comicsis a plenty more sinister .
The legend of Batmanhas helped keep crime in curb and has made Gotham a safer topographic point over the years . With Gotham ’s citizen forgetting Batman ’s legacy and the city becoming even safe , people might assume this means that Batman was never needed to set out with .
